DECLARATIONS FOR MUTUAL FUNDS TRANSACTION

The transactions are execution only transactions. Users confirm that the transaction executed do not require EUIN, as this transaction is executed without any interaction or advice by the employee/relationship manager/sales person of IndusInd Bank or notwithstanding the advice of in-appropriateness, if any provided by the employee/relationship manager/sales person of IndusInd Bank.

i) I/We have read and understood contents of the scheme related documents and the details of the scheme, and I/We have not received or been induced by any rebate or gifts, directly or indirectly, in making investments. I /We hereby declare that the amount invested/to be invested by me/us in the scheme(s) of the mutual fund is derived from legitimate sources and is not held or designed for the purpose of contravention of any act, rules, regulations, or any statute or legislation, or any other applicable laws or any notifications, or directions issue by any governmental or statutory authority from time to time.

ii) I/ We have read and understood the contents of the Scheme Information Document (SID)(s) and Addendum (s) thereto of the respective scheme (s) and agree to abide by the terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the Scheme(s) applicable from time to time.

iii) I/ We have understood the details of the Scheme and have neither received nor been induced by any rebate or gifts, directly or indirectly, in making this investment

iv) I/ We confirm that the details provided by me/us are true and correct.

v) I/ We confirm that IndusInd Bank has through its website/ branches/ other modes disclosed to me/ us all commissions (in the form of trail commission or any other mode), payable to it for the different competing Schemes of various Mutual funds from amongst which the Scheme has been selected by me/us to invested in.

vi) I/ We hereby agree and confirm that / we shall be CVL KYC compliant, before carrying out any purchase transactions in mutual fund schemes. I/ We hereby acknowledge that failure to do so shall result in an unsuccessful transaction for which l/ we shall not hold liable either IndusInd Bank / the Asset Management Company (AMC)/ Registrar either directly or indirectly

vii) I/ We hereby declare that the amount being invested in the scheme(s) of mutual fund AMC is derived through legitimate sources and is not held or designed for the purpose of contravention of any Act, Rules, Regulations or any statute or legislation or any other applicable laws or any Notifications, Directions issued by any governmental or statutory authority from time to time.

viii) I / We hereby allow and/or authorize IndusInd to utilize and/or procure my / our KYC information/documents such as identity (name, PAN, age etc.), address and signature from KYC Registration Agency as per SEBI KYC Registration Agency Regulations, 2011 or through e-KYC as per Reserve Bank of India as per Master Direction on KYC or any other authorized entity for sending it to Asset Management Companies (AMC) for the purpose of validation and to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements.

ix) I / We hereby accept that for any transactions that are submitted offline i.e. with wet signatures, the signature available in my / our KYC records would be used for signature verification. I /We agree and understand that I/we shall be solely liable to inform IndusInd Bank / AMC in case of any change in my / our KYC information including change in signature/ signatories etc. and in the event of my / our signature not being updated, available or legible in KYC records, IndusInd Bank / AMC would be within its rights to carry out further checks to validate the authenticity of the request or reject any such offline request based on existing KYC information.

x) I/We confirm that I/We do not have any existing Micro SIP/Lump sum investments which together with the current application will result in aggregate Rs investments exceeding. 50,000 in a year (Applicable for Micro investment only.) with the AMC.

xi) *We here by confirm that the funds used for the purchase of any of the products / services availed through IndusSmart platform, if have been received from abroad, have been remitted through approved banking channels or from the NRE NRO FCNR account.

xii) I/We agree that in case I place a request after the cut off time prescribed by the bank or on a non-business day, the NAV for the next business day shall be applicable.
"As per the SEBI guidelines, the cutoff time for mutual fund transactions has been revised. Accordingly, all Purchase & Redemption transactions for Liquid schemes and Overnight funds placed via INDUSSMART by 12.30 pm, while all other funds by 1.30 pm of a working day shall be taken up for processing on the same day on best effort basis. Any investment beyond cut off timing would be processed on the next business day.  The change is applicable with immediate effect till further notice."

xiii) I/ We agree that transaction request shall be sent for processing by the bank and is subject to rejection by the registrar or AMC

xiv) I/ We agree to interact with the bank only through the Transaction request Number and the savings account number. "Order Number /Request ld." will be automatically generated when a transaction is made on the platform and shall be unique to such transaction.

xv) I/ We agree that IndusInd Bank reserves the right to reject the request in case of non-availability of sufficient funds in the linked savings account

xvi) In the event you give direct instruction to the AMC or their agents, IndusInd Bank shall not be held/responsible in this regard for any reason whatsoever

xvii) I/ We agree that a folio shall be allotted at the time of new purchase in any scheme under a mutual fund for the first time and additional purchases in any scheme of mutual fund shall be made under the same folio

xviii) I/ We agree mutual funds investments are subject to market risk. l/We have read and understood the Scheme Information Document and Statement of Additional Information carefully before investing. IndusInd Bank shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or shortfall resulting from the operations of the Mutual Funds. IndusInd Bank is acting in capacity of a Distributor for Mutual Funds which has been opted for by me/ us. The contract of Mutual Fund is between the asset management company and the investor, and not between IndusInd Bank and the investor. IndusInd Bank is not a party to any contract formed between the investor and the asset management company. Participation by me/ us is on a purely voluntary basis and there is no direct or indirect linkage between the provision of the banking services offered by IndusInd Bank and participation in the scheme.

xix) I/We agree to indemnify IndusInd Bank (including its employees, directors, agents and representatives) and keep indemnified and hold harmless from all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, suits, costs and expenses (including legal and attorney fees) accrued, suffered or incurred by IndusInd Bank, arising out of or due to, any misrepresentation, or any erroneous or inaccurate or incorrect information provided by me/us or due to any fraudulent or unauthorised use of the IndusSmart Platform or any other reason whatsoever which is not due to any grossly negligent act of the Bank.

xx) I/We agree and understand that IndusInd Bank shall at its sole discretion may vary the terms and conditions or withdraw any of the facilities provided herein, from time to time, and IndusInd Bank shall have a right to terminate the services offered herein, without giving any reasons, by giving a prior notice through any media it considers fit including not limited to publishing the termination notice on its website www.indusind.com. However, termination of services by IndusInd Bank shall not relieve me/us of the obligations hereunder notwithstanding such termination incurred prior to the date on which such termination shall become effective.  * only applicable in the event the Customer(s) is/are Non- Residents of Indian Nationality/ Origin

xxi) I/ We have been informed that Regular plans involve payment of commission to MFDs

Notwithstanding anything stated herein or otherwise, IndusInd Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage or failure to comply or delay in complying with its obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused directly or indirectly by any event or circumstances beyond the Bank's reasonable control including acts of God, floods, epidemics, quarantine, riot or civil commotion, war, system failures, network errors, delay or loss of data etc.

Transaction Charges - IndusInd Bank does not levy transaction charges for any Mutual Fund schemes. Hence no transaction charges will be levied on purchases of any Mutual Fund products. Consequently, the respective Asset Management Companies (AMCs) will issue Mutual Fund units equivalent to the full subscription amount to the investors. The above changes will be effective for both online and offline transactions.

Internal Rating / Risk Profile - The Internal Rating/Risk Profile of any Mutual Fund product is done by our research partner. The aforesaid Internal Rating/Risk Profile depends on data collected from third party and are subject to change with prevailing market conditions.
The Internal Rating/Risk Profile of any Mutual Fund product is non-binding on the customer and reliance on the same is at the sole discretion of the customer post his/her personal understanding, analysis and evaluation of the risk involved in the Mutual Fund product. IndusInd Bank does not accept any responsibility for any errors whether caused by negligence or otherwise in Internal Rating/Risk Profile of any Mutual Fund product or for any loss or damage incurred by anyone in reliance on the same. It is strongly recommended to seek appropriate professional advice from expert independent counsel, like financial advisor, chartered accountant or lawyer, the features and risks of each product or services as given in product documentation, such as marketing material, risk disclosure booklet etc.

While Booking Transactions – I confirm that I have read and understood the contents of the Scheme Information Document/Statement of Additional Information and Addendum(s) thereto of the respective Scheme(s) and agree to abide by the terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the Scheme(s) applicable from time to time. All transactions are done on an independent basis and no advisory has been provided by IndusInd Bank.

The info and display may change from time to time without prior notice. The Display of the Model Asset Allocation assumes that factors affecting your risk profile have not changed. In case of any change, we suggest that you should contact your relationship manager or visit Risk Profile section on IndusSmart platfrom and re-assess your risk profile.
