Offer Validity Date : 31-Dec-2023

1. 12% Cashback on EMI conversion on Indigo airlines (“Offer”) is made by IndusInd Bank Limited (“IBL”) to the customers of IBL who are residents of India (“Customers”) booking IndiGo’s flights (“Booking”) on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), using a valid IBL credit card (“Card”).
2. All residents of India holding a valid and current credit card issued by the Bank ("Card") are eligible to avail the Offer ("Cardholder").
3. This Offer is valid on Saturday’s and Sunday’s of the month i.e. all Saturday’s and Sunday’s until 31 December 2023("Offer Period, unless revoked or extended by by the Bank, without any prior notice and without liability.
4. Under this Offer, any Cardholder who, during the Offer Period, makes a transaction of minimum INR 4000 and above or above using his/her IndusInd Bank Credit Card (“Card”) for booking an IndiGo flight ticket during Promotion Period, on IndiGo’s website (www.goindigo.in), only on one transaction per card (“Offer”), and makes the payment of the purchase transaction (of the Product) using the Card(issued by the Bank)
5. The Offer is valid only on 1 (one) transaction per card, per account during the Promotion Period. The first valid transaction using the Card only will be eligible for the benefit under this Offer. The customer can avail a maximum cashback upto INR 5000 (Rupees five thousand) per card under this offer, irrespective of number of purchases during the Offer Period.
6. The Offer is applicable only when the Customer opts for equated monthly installments (EMI) payment option at the time of Booking on the IndiGo website and the tenure of the EMI should be 12 (twelve) months and above ,rate of interest should be 12% and the transaction is successfully converted into EMIs.
7. Final approval for EMI shall be at the sole discretion of IndusInd Bank and is subject to the Cardholder’s performance on the Credit Card. GST, as notified by the Government of India, is applicable on processing fee, preclosure fee and interest component of the EMI, and is subject to change as per relevant regulations of the Government of India.
8. In case of the transaction being cancelled and full refund from merchant, Cardholder needs to contact 24-Hour customer care and place a request to cancel the EMI.
9. The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers within [90 days] days from the end of Promotion Period and credited to Customer’s card account, subject to the Customer fulfilling the criteria of the terms of offer.
10. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify Cardholders from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
11. IndusInd Bank and Indigo reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
12. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
13. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with IBL. IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same. All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Booking should be taken up directly with IndiGo. IBL shall in no manner be responsible for the same.
14. The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable.
15. All Bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at www.goindigo.in.
16. All EMIs booked under this Offer shall be subject to Indus Easy EMI terms and conditions available at www.indusind.com
17. Offer is designed for B2C customers only. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website are not eligible for the Offer.
18. In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
19. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of IndiGo. Neither the Offer nor cashback under this Offer can be assigned or transferred to any other person.
20. IBL and IndiGo reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person. Further, IBL and IndiGo reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.
21. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. IBL and IndiGo will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
22. The Offer is valid for Indian citizens only.
23. In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, IBL reserves the right to deny the Offer or IndiGo reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
24. IBL and IndiGo shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
25. In no event, shall, the entire liability of IBL towards the Customer under this Offer, exceed the amount of cashback under this Offer.
26. IBL makes no representation as to the quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or provision or performance of any services provided by IndiGo.
27. The decision of IBL and IndiGo with respect to all transactions under the Offer shall be final and binding on the Customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
28. By making the Booking through the Card during the Promotion Period, Customer (i) confirms that the its participation in the Offer is voluntary; (i) unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions; (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the Customer, in future.
29. The Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
