• The offer is 10% Cashback on All Voltas AC and Voltbek Appliances (WM, REF, MWO, and Dishwasher).
• Offer is valid only on Brand EMI through Pine Labs (All Offline Transactions only - Through POS Machines); Store List - All Stores which are mapped with Pine Labs.
• This offer (“Offer”) is made for residents of India (“Customers”) purchasing from Voltas Brand Product (Products-AC, Washingmachine, Refrigerator and Microwave oven & Dishwasher) (“Buying”) from authorised stores mapped with the Pine Labs.
• Customer can avail 10% (Ten per cent) cashback on any Voltas AC, Ref and Dishwasher purchased from store. The Offer is valid from 1nd March to 31st July 2020
• The Offer would be applicable on a minimum Transaction of INR 20,000 (Rupees twenty thousand)
• The offer is valid only on EMI Transactions thru Pine Labs.
• The maximum amount of cashback is Rs. 3000/- (Three thousand only)
• The offer is applicable only on 3,6,9 and 12 months EMI’s only
• The amount of Cash back printed on the charge slip would be applicable.
• The customers are advised to retain the charge slip till the receipt of the cash back amount.
• Valid on Easy EMI transactions done on "Brand EMI" option.
• For cash back eligibility, transaction should happen under Brand EMI option on Plutus machines only for Pine Labs.
• The Customer can avail cash back only on 1 (one) transaction in a month per card.
• In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the participant. It shall be entirely at discretion of the Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.
• The cashback will be processed for the eligible Customers within 90 (ninety) days from the end of date of transaction and credited to Customer’s card account.
• The present terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with, and not in derogation of, the cardholder agreement entered with the Banks (available at https://www.myvoltas.com/privacy-policy )
• In event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Offer and the cardholder agreement, terms of Offer shall prevail.
• All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken up directly with Bank.
• All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the product & services in the store should be taken up directly with Voltas & Stores.
• The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encash able.
• All purchase made under this Offer shall be subject to terms & conditions of availability of these products at Voltas Stores
• Offer is not applicable on Corporate and NRI Credit Cards.
• In case of partial/full cancellation/return of the purchased product, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
• Voltas and Respective Banks reserve the right to extend withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any person.
• Banks and Voltas reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and without assigning any reasons.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. Bank and Voltas will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, Banks reserves the right to deny the Offer.
• Banks and Voltas shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or non-use of the Card.
• The liability of Bank towards the Customer under this Offer shall not exceed the amount of cashback printed on the charge slip.
• Voltas & Banks reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
